Welcome aboard to Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel’s new youth ministry program, SS LifeTeen. Our new program is named after the Eucharist which is “the Source and Summit of Christian spirituality.” (Catechism of the Catholic Church, 1324) Our goal is to bring teens closer to Jesus Christ, and as such we are always journeying towards Him.
But no ship can move without a crew, and we are excited to share in our vision and mission of youth ministry. We will be holding an Information Session on June 15 at 6 pm in the Parish Hall that is open to all, teens, parents, or those with a calling to serve our young people. It will give you an opportunity to meet the Youth Ministry team comprised of Fr. Alex, Maria Cascio, and Mike Carrubba, and to ask any questions you might have.
