Parishioner Jim Baratte will be honored by Atlantic Hospice on April 8, 2015, at their Spring Gala at the Highlawn Pavilion in West Orange. Jim has been an extraordinary Atlantic Hospice volunteer for over 20 years, bringing comfort and sensitivity to the bedside of dying patients as well as support to their family and loved ones. He also volunteers with the New Jersey Food Bank and as a Eucharistic Minister at Morristown Medical Center. Here at Notre Dame, Jim has served for a number of years as an Extraordinary Minister of the Eucharist serving not only during Masses, but also bringing Eucharist to the Homebound. Congratulations Jim, on such a well deserved recognition. You are an inspiration to all of us!
