Our 44 missionaries have returned home, safely and with hearts filled with gratitude and special memories of a wonderful journey. The feel blessed beyond words by the grace and protection of our Lord and by the prayers and support of our parish family and faith community.
In the span of two weeks and through the From Houses to Homes organization they were able to build 8 homes for eight very deserving families. Each home is 13 x 19 foot, made entirely of concrete block, with cement floor, corrugated metal roof, with skylight, a metal door with lock, and a metal-framed window with glass. The home is stuccoed and painted inside and out with colors chosen by the family.
